What We’re Looking For
Driver Requirements
We hire experienced long-haul drivers who take pride in their work. If this is you, we want to hear from you.
Must-Have
- Comfortable running long-haul, cross-state freight
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over every load
- Solid communication skills with dispatch and customers
- Working command of basic English (verbal and written)
- Lawful US work authorization — Green Card holder or US citizen
- Valid US Class A CDL with clean driving record
Preferred
- Mechanical familiarity — able to spot and report issues early
- Cold chain / reefer experience
- Container drayage or port pickup experience
- Bilingual English / Mandarin a plus
