What We’re Looking For

Driver Requirements

We hire experienced long-haul drivers who take pride in their work. If this is you, we want to hear from you.

Must-Have

  • Comfortable running long-haul, cross-state freight
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over every load
  • Solid communication skills with dispatch and customers
  • Working command of basic English (verbal and written)
  • Lawful US work authorization — Green Card holder or US citizen
  • Valid US Class A CDL with clean driving record

Preferred

  • Mechanical familiarity — able to spot and report issues early
  • Cold chain / reefer experience
  • Container drayage or port pickup experience
  • Bilingual English / Mandarin a plus
